ISSI maintains a comprehensive export program in accordance with U.S. export law. Sales outside the U.S. may require an export license depending on country and end use application. The requirement of an export license is not a guarantee that a license will be granted by the U.S. government.
Innovative Scientific Solutions, Inc. controls this website from within the United States of America. Any software and all underlying information and technology downloaded from this Site (collectively the “Software”) by you may be subject to U.S. export controls, including the Export Administration Act (50 U.S.C. You further represent and warrant that no U.S. federal agency has suspended, revoked, or denied your export privileges.
Sales outside of the United States may require an export license. Export license determination is dependent on the end use of the item(s), the location of the end user(s) and the end user(s) themselves. All sales are subject to US Export law.
For customers outside the United States, an export declaration form must be completed and submitted before placement of a purchase order.
